Des de la recepció, passant pels empleats que ens creuàvem pels passadissos, fins als cambrers ( i cuiners ). L'esmorzar m'ha agradat molt i molt.

Aquest hotel d'estil colonial situat a Costa Adeje ofereix un spa de luxe i vistes espectaculars a l'oceà Atlàntic. Disposa de 5 piscines, envoltades de terrasses i jardins. The staff was super nice, helpful, attentive, effective and friendly. Tons of care went into customizing our experience to our liking, down to the choice of daily chocolate left at our bed. The Vila Solarium is amazing in both looks and amenities and is totally worth the price for a special occasion. The hotel is perfect for all-day stays. There's hardly any reason to leave it for more than a short trip to a zoo or water park. The cocktails are simply awesome and the buffet at both breakfast and dinner is very diverse with skilled grillmen preparing omletes, fish, seafood and meats to your exact liking. The pools are splendid, as are the sunbeds and king-size beds next to them.

There is nothing we didn't like. Staff is super welcoming and accommodating, and there was nothing they couldn't arrange (from tennis coach to day trips and nannies). The hotel is beautiful with amazing gardens, pools, and many restaurants to choose from. The beach club (also because of Luis and Javier) was the best for lunch. The kids club is amazing with tons of things to do for the little ones. Especially Gemma was a superstar with the kids; our son kept asking to go back to her. We also enjoyed the spa and tennis court. The whole property was super taken care of and well maintained.

After reading so many bad reviews about Los Olivos we were worried about this place. But it EXEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS and it was a pleasent surprise! Everything was perfect! First of all the check in was at 03.00 pm but they gave us the room earlier without extra charges, that was realy nice after such a long trip we were exhausted, after that we enjoyed free welcoming drinks at Margaritas rooftop. The room was large and bright, all the facilities we needed were already in the room. The location was perfect- close to the beach and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable, the room was super clean and there was a large balcony, qute place for a good night rest. We were stayng only 1 nigt but we made a reservation for another 3 nights! Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Decent buffet. Great pools with clean water. Nothing more to improve!!! Kids pools were amazing. Close to the airport. Very well managed rooms.
