Everyone is so attentive and nice, it feels like personnel can read your thoughts :D Natarul, our Room Attendant was a great help for us and so nice for us. Jasdeep hepled us out, when we nearly missed our train to Agra (Tour operator failed to pick us up). He arranged a taxi to train station after discussing our tour manager and we made it! In Leela the restaurants are also brilliant. Breakfast amazing and once again, the service excellent! Leela Palace and it’s staff made our Delhi vacation 10+ .

Relaxing stay, with very kind staff and clean facilties. The breakfast was amazing. Very near to the stay there is a very nice mall with great shopping opportunities and some nice restaurants. Definitely worth a stay and an incredible experience.

Really good location, lovely rooms and nice bathrooms. Very quiet, which is remarkable for this part of Delhi. Excellent room service, very good food, great Minibar! I needed to use the laundry service due to a mishap on the metro. The hotel arranged it with the greatest of efficiency. What really made for an excellent experience was the staff; all of them incredibly helpful, polite and just very lovely. Particular mention should go to Shadab on the front desk. He immediately made me feel welcome on my arrival, sorted out the laundry and helped with my onward travel.

The castle is awesome and one of the most romantic places Ive ever experienced. The hotel is inside the castle and has a wonderful spa, two delicious restsurants, outstanding breakfast and a beautiful swimming pool. The service of the staff is exceptional. To be honest- I didnt want to leave this place anymore :D Eating in the restaurant with the view from the mountain or getting lost in all the little aisles within the castle - it feels like living in a different world. There is even a theatre inside with regular dance performances...

Welcome hotel is the perfect name for this 5 ***** hotel. I stayed 7 nights - and from beginning was very happy about this decision. From General Manegement to Welcome management ( Ms Maya and Ms Jyoti) to checkin staff, restaurant staff, bell desk, security: everybody was incedibly kind, professional, friendly, just perfect. We were lucky to get a free upgrade to a deluxe executive Suite. The rooms were massive, and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. It is sad that we stayed here only one night. The breakfast buffet was exhaustive and tasty. They even have 24/7 room service.
